Payment & Insurance

• Rates are billed by the one-hour session
• Additional time is billed on the quarter hour

Fees are based on hourly service provision. Services are not insurance billable at this time. Insurance companies require that counseling sessions be "medically necessary,” generally requiring the recipient to be diagnosed with a mental disorder and treatment focused on "symptom reduction.” Therefore insurance companies do not generally cover the majority of services that family consultations, caregiver support and senior consultations require. Thus, I do not bill insurance. Unfortunately, life does not always conform to the constraints of medical necessity.

Payment

Private payment is accepted at the time of consultation. Cash and check are accepted. Checks can be made payable to Cathleen Weber.

Payment can be made with the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 Long Term Care Insurance can be utilized for Better Day Club.

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for everyone’s time, I do require a 24 hours advance notice in the case of cancellation. Individuals who cannot provide this notice or are “no-call/no-show” will be invoiced for the full amount of the session. Thank you so much for your understanding.
